The following forms are available to begin the transfer of local area or toll free numbers. These forms need to be filled out to allow your existing carrier to release these numbers so that we may apply them to your service.

Note: All Port Dates are Best effort. Standard Local Numbers and Toll Free Numbers typically receive ports dates that are within 5-10 days. Transfers are also subject to the terms and conditions you have with your existing carrier.
